Sunday More Strongman
Nice day out, so I hit some farmers. Went well, I was a little sore but a fun random session. Farmers Walk 160 each hand x 2 x 60 ft 210 each hand x 2 x 60 ft 250 each hand x 4 x 60 ft 160 each hand x 2 x 100 ft, no rest between this one just repick and go Snatch Grip Rack Pulls, what? 135x5 225x3 315x1, 1 365x1 Zombie Squats 95x3 115x3 135x3 155x3 185x3 This is a pr if you want to call it that, haha. Second time I have done these. I really like them Assisted Cossack Squats 3 sets x 5 reps each leg These are my new enemy, if you do not know what they are youtube them. So much pain, my hips felt like they were tearing from the stretch. I think they will help with mobility and balance Poor Man Reverse Hyper 3 x 20 Sit Ups 2 x 15-20 Fun workout today, going to do some serious recovery stuff now. Then watch football for the rest of the day!

I don't see how Tony gets 400 on those zombie squats. Heck, 185 seems heavy.

Tony is a monster for doing over 400 with these. I am hoping they get easier as I get used to them. Farmers are one of my favorite things.

Monday Bench Press
Felt solid today, changed my set up a little bit. Going back to flat feet on the bench. Going to focus on leg drive and not getting as many knots in my low back Bench Press 135x2x5 185x5 205x4 225x3 245x2 265 x 4 sets x 5 reps Solid! Klokov Press 95x5 115x3x5 95x2x10 Shoulders blew up DB Chest supported Row 60s x 12 70s x 4 x 8 70s x 10 These were strict and squeezed at the top. Back was feeling tired from the strongman Skull Crushers SS with curls 85 x 3 x 10-skull 85x3x10-curls Circuit Pull Ups bw x 3 x 6 super wide Blast Strap Push Ups bw x 3 x 10 Band Pushdowns light band x 3 x 15-20 I am pretty happy with this workout. Finished up with some reverse hypers. I also read an article on juggernaut today about squat assistance by Corey Hayes, talking about split squats and how they stretch and strengthen. I think these are key for me, looking back at training when I was healthiest I was doing lunges or split squats on each lowers day. Specifically last year when I ran juggernaut I did a ton of split squats. And my lower back was the healthiest it has been in a while. I will keep these as a staple and see how it works ou.

Tuesday Quick Workout
HIIT 5 cycles on bike 30 seconds sprint-90 seconds low intensity -this is the longest amount of time I have done cardio for a while, felt pretty good. I like the intensity of tabata better, but I HIIT is good too Did some recovery work, cossack squats, poor man reverse hypers, sit ups, some rolling, leg swings etc. Trying to get healthy! By the way, Juggernaut Strength systems is having a squat week, and so far there is a ton of awesome information there.
