Tuesday Easy Conditioning
Did some serious warm ups today, trying to make sure I am ready to go tomorrow for a max rep set of squats. Rolling/ Dynamic Warm Ups Sprints 12 sprints total 3 cluster sets 3 sprints with 30 seconds rest and then after the third took about 2 minutes rest None of these were done at 100%, started at around 60% and worked my way up to 90% for the final sprint Felt good, hopefully all loosened up and recovered for tomorrow

Wednesday big squat day
Legs felt good today, this is the best my squats have felt in weeks! Squats 145 x 2 x 5 235 x 3 285 x 1 325 x 1 375 x 1 355 x 14! 4 reps over ten that was great but brutal my legs had more but I could not hold the weight any longer, very happy with squats More squats 235 x 4 sets x 2 reps *plus average band Rough Kb swings 100 x 3 x 10 Split squats Bw x 3 x 15 each leg Made sure to get a good stretch Reverse hyper 4 plates x 3 x 12-15 Great session today, tomorrow is ohp. Hoping for another good session

Thursday OHP
Solid session today, my body is really sore from squats. Slight tweak in the left side of my low back, but nothing serious. DE Bench 135 plus short minis x 5 sets x 2 reps More of a warm up Standing OHP 95x5,3 135x2x1 185x1 150x12 plus 2 Goal was 10, so I was happy with the set Neutral Pull Ups BW x 10 plus chain x 3 x 8 BW x 12 Dips BW x 12 plus chain x 3 x 12 bw x 15 Hammer Curls 30s x 3 x 12 Fat Pushdowns 150 x 3 x 20 Shoulder Circuit lateral raise x 20 front raise x 15 rear delt x 12 3 rounds That was it for today, the intensity was not there today. Was a little tired today, rough day of work, but still got a good session in today. Nytric was great today, I got my swell on, lol. Had some crazy pumps in my back and arms. If a pump is what you are looking for, Nytric is the product for you.
