Saturday Short Session
Today was more of a recovery session but still got some good work and conditioning. This is my plan for saturdays for a while. Bottom Position Squats w/ Yoke Bar 90x2x5 180x5 230x5 270x5 300x2x3 180x5 These felt really good. Chad Wesley Smith is a huge fan of these and he says that they can fix a lot of technique problems, we will see. Prowler 120x5 sets x 5 reps 50 x 1 set x 5 reps-for speed 1 rep is back and forth across the gym, unsure of distance Tomorrow is strongman, I do not really have much of a plan right now. Probably log, tire and some keg work. The only event I am nervous about is stones. I just want to know I am not going to bomb out on any event before I commit.

Sunday Strongman
Tough session today, it is cold and rainy here today so I did what I could. Did hit an awesome PR for a farmers pick I have been working at for a while. Farmers Pick 320x3 420x3 500x1 540x1 600x1 PR!! held at the top for about 5 seconds 500 x 5 singles, 10-20 seconds rest These were awesome, 600 felt great. It was a bit of a grind but went up smooth and then worked on explosiveness with 500. Log Clean and Press, 1 clean and press away 105x2x5 145x3 195x8 Possibly a PR, this was all I could manage to do in the rain. Just nasty outside Back Inside Band resisted sprints x average band x 5 sets x 5 reps -took 30 seconds between sets Decline Situps 3 x 15-20 Poor Mans Reverse Hypers 3 x 15-20 Still managed to get a good session in, log was a little rough after farmers. On the 600 pick, my pecs started to cramp up from squeezing hard. Time to eat, watch football and do some recovery work! Nytric Thoughts: Still going great, nytric is definitely giving me some serious pumps. I do not have a whole lot to say about the product, it is great. It does what it says, gives you a constant pump throughout the day. I like it

Monday Max Reps Week
I was pretty sore today, but still had a pretty solid session. Triceps were tired for some reason. Close Grip Bench Press 135x2x5 185x3 225x2 255x1 285x1 255x11 (10+ set) Probably a close grip PR, but it does not matter. The point is I got more than 10 reps so I am happy. Pendlay Rows 135x2x10 185x2x8 205x2x5 Stopped once my form started to get ugly, these were very strict Klokov Press 95x5 115x5 135x5 115x6 95x8 Skull Crushers 75x5 sets x 15 reps Paused at the bottom of each rep Wide Pull Ups BW x 3 x 5 Hung at the bottom, to stretch out Hang Snatch 95x6 115x5 145x5 Just messing around to loosen up Solid session today, feeling good. Tomorrow is going to be a very easy conditioning day. I plan to loosen up the legs, do a couple sprints and call it a day. Rest of the week looks like this: Wednesday Max Rep Squats, Thursday Max Rep OHP, Saturday Max Rep Deads. Should be a fun week!
