215 x 5 Got it this time.

Row:

Sit-ups:
BW x 25

BW x 15
BW x 15

Notes: I’m getting my strength back on the Bench Press. My shoulder is a little sore when I rotate it sometimes, but nothing serious; it just shows what time away from the strain of heavy weight has weakened. I incorporated ab work as planned. I think I’ll use bodyweight until I get all 5 sets of 25, then I’ll add weight. My Squats and Rows are feeling strong as ever. My weight loss goal has shifted slightly; I plan to eat and train normally and let my weight be what it needs to be.
