My latest training day (I had one more last days, but it was a back-off day): SUNDAY, DECEMBER 11 # 19:20 - 20:10 The weights are in kilograms A-Box Squat to Toes (High Box 44 cm) 70 x 3 90 x 3 100 x 3 110 x 3 - @ 6 120 x 3 - @ 7 B1-Deadstop BTN Press (eye height) 50 x 3 57 x 2 65 x 1 72 x 1 - @ 6 80 x 1 - @ 8 87 x 1 - @ 10 - PR 77 x 3 - @ 8.5 77 x 3 - @ 9.5 alternated with B2-Deadstop NeutralGrip Pull Up BW84 x 4 89 x 4 94 x 4 - @ 6 99 x 4 - @ 7 104 x 4 - @ 8.5 104 x 4 - @ 8.5 ~ ~ C1-Closegrip Dip 104 x 6 - @ 7 104 x 6 - @ 7 104 x 6 - @ 8 alternated with C2-Lateral Raise 10/10 x 12 - @ 7 10/10 x 12 - @ 7.5 10/10 x 12 - @ 8 NOTES Bodyweight at training: 84.2 kg I found/felt Box Squats to Toes more powerfull than simple Squat to Toes. I think it's because you sitting on a box and start the concentric from deadstop, making muscles giving more force, followed by powerfull fiinish with the toes up. I believe it's a very good variation (one of the best for me) for gaining power in the Squat pattern.
