RECHARGE SESSION The weights are in kilograms A1-Deadstop BTN Press (eye height/split stance) 40 x 3 50 x 3 60 x 3 - @ 6 60 x 3 - @ 6 alternated with > A2-Deadstop Widegrip Pull Up BW86 x 3 BW86 x 3 BW86 x 3 BW86 x 3 NOTES My left shoulder feels very bad lately, and tonight I felt a tweak at my right shoulder too (especially with Pull Ups), so I ended the session earlier. My scale is broken, I don't know my bodyweight for this session, I assume its 86kg like the last days and noted 86. Everything is going wrong, especially my life. Hard times again ! I don't know what I'm going to do next days, but I will start with some rest. Hope I'll be back soon !
