WINNER !!!
My daughter won at her first competition (Northern Greece Games).
She is only 6 months in the sport, and thats a very good start for her, especially from psycological side of view.

1st place, she took 4 golden medals (because it counts for categories: girls 1, girls 2, young women, women and for her category at 48 kgs).
She got a lower total than expected for Nationals, but due to low number of competitors at her category (girls etc), coach said it doesn't matter, she can participate.

She had 2 opponents at her category, and she started her lifts higher than the 3rd try of them !!

Thanks, I improved the RPE from 8.5 to 8, this means about 3 reps left and maybe I can move 200 for 1, already done 1 rep with 190.
