Another great session. My lower back dislikes front squats, so I am always amazed when I see someone jump from front to back squats.

Is this mostly from the grip?
I mean, does the bar going to fall from your shoulders and making you bent, if you know what I mean?

If so, you can use strapped grip to see if its better

I stopped training for a while.
I have an additional new job now as a DJ, had problems with my hardware and lost all of my music, files etc and had to buy new one etc to put programs in, files, music etc, so I can play music, and had no time for other things.
Bad luck is chasing me everytime I step forward with new good things, always there must be some steps back.
Will be back soon.
