This was my son's workout today. He whipped through it, well ... huffing and puffing but getting it done.. Approximately 1 minute rest between sets and exercises. This was impressive! Push-ups x 12, 12 (pause 1" off the floor) Squat Jumps x 5, 5, 5 Goblet Squats x 30 lbs x 50 reps Back Raises x 12, 12 Fat-man Pull-ups x 10, 10 Prolwer pushes x 105 lbs x 40 yards x 6 laps |

Good going with your own sessions and as for your son, are my eyes deceiving me or did he nail 50 reps for the goblet squat? Blimey, that's mightily impressive.

Thanks guys. He normally does 2 sets of 20 reps in the goblet squats, but in true Dr. Ken fashion I decided to throw in a super high rep "challenge" day. Now he has two days to recover before he hits the track for running.
