Prowler Pushes
Him: (Heavy) 165 lbs x 6 laps x 30 yards Me: (Light) 165 lbs x 6 laps x 60 yards Notes: I decided that his heavy day would be my light day. Less changing of plates that way. Fun stuff and I think the Prowler is his favorite toy. He's fired-up when he heard that my nephew was pushing a 500 lb Prowler

Squats
Me: 315 lb x 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 10 Him: 35 lb x 10, 8, 7 Prowler Me: 305 lb x 30 yards x 6 laps Him: 195 lb x 30 yards x 6 laps Plank/L-Sit/Plank Both: 30/20/30 seconds Notes: Had a big dinner beforehand and almost got the Prowler Flu ![]() This was a really fun workout, and it was brutal. We were both sucking wind and fighting to keep our food down. He is really grinding out those goblet squats. So proud of him! |
