haha - I never seem to learn as well!

250+ lb benching for reppage is solid no matter how you put it. Only 4 weeks to a meet? Is it the same one LtL is going to? Mine is only 2 weeks out.

I really like how you tackle specialty routines like Smolov & SteveSpecial to bring up your lifts. You give it your all and that's what counts. Tripling 380 on deads is fantastic work Alan!!
