Too weak for my liking but will have to build back up to a respectable number.

Today was a good day.
Am as happy with the rep PR as I am with the paused singles.
Gotta give a shout to Andras (my spotter today) who made a big difference with the handouts and the calls.
He has been a great help over my last two bench sessions..,,been also working at him to sign up to MAB too

To pause almost 300 lbs is simply superb benching Alan. A solid bench is usually a sign of many good things to come. A good spotter also can make or break the lift. The Crew has been teaching me to spot. There is alot involved, especially when the lifter is doing hevay weight.
