thanks guys, ended up with a vomit bug last thursday through saturday so only getting to DL day now.
the bug really knocked me for energy and didnt eat for almost 36hours...
was down to 98kgs by the end of it .

Working off a 200kg 1RM

Warm up

Working sets
145 x 5 x 5


Notes
Had no energy after the weekend so once I got through the DLs I did a few squats , which were not worth remembering and got out,
This upcoming week should be the 351 week but im just gonna take a deload this week and start a fresh cycle next week.
