Deadlift - BendTheBarSpecial Program to November Week 2: 5 sets of 5 with 73% 1RM Working off a 200kg 1RM Warm up 60 x 5 85 x 3 100 x 1 115 x 1 130 x 1 Working sets 145 x 5 x 5 Notes Had no energy after the weekend so once I got through the DLs I did a few squats , which were not worth remembering and got out, This upcoming week should be the 351 week but im just gonna take a deload this week and start a fresh cycle next week. |

What's the deal with the stomach bug? You and LtL hanging out? Sheesh - glad I don't live in the UK right now. Otherwise, many times I wish I did so I could go lift with you guys.
