Bench [Goal] Actual [92.5x3] 92.5x3 [102.5x3] 102.5x3 [117.5x3+] 117.5x5 Spotter grabbed the bar on the 6th rep despite me telling him not to touch it unless I ask… Cost me a PR so he did! Assistance 1.Incline Bench : 5 sets of 10 - 60kg 2.DB Row: 3 sets of 20 @40kg – 20,20,15 3.Vbar Pushdown: 4 sets of 15 - 50kgs 4.SS with AB Wheel : 4 sets of 15 Notes Little fella got his injections yesterday so that meant 3 hrs sleep for me last night. Well wrecked today… Was witness to two grown men coming to blows in the gym today over a treadmill……. Yes I am serious! |

Classy act you are for showing restraint over the poor spotting, unlike those other 2 treadmillers.
Amongst all of the Powerlifting team crew, I am the worst spotter. It's a skill I am still learning and practicing. They demand proper spotting. Proper spotting is almost impossible to find in most gyms. I even never realized how important it is not only for safety, but for the lifters development. Hope all is well with MiniMark
