Yep, 265 X3 Bench is superb. It must be since you got me beat. Haha

Squat [Goal] Actual [130x3] 130x3 [145x3] 145x3 [165x3+] 165x3 Assistance 1.Squats: 5 sets of 10 [100kg] 2.SS with Leg Curls: 5 sets of 6 3.Hanging Straight Leg Raise : 5 sets of 15 (15,15,15,15,15) Notes Wanted more than 3 for the money set but the reduction in calories hit me bad today. Still BW is down to 101kg from 105kg so that’s not so bad I guess. |
