Yep, 265 X3 Bench is superb. It must be since you got me beat. Haha

I really like the "revised" or "powerlifting" version of 531. Really kicked my butt each week.

Thanks guys, been away for a few days on holidays so decided to take the week off and rest/recover

Regular scheduled lifting will resume on Monday...

Notes
Wanted more than 3 for the money set but the reduction in calories hit me bad today.
Still BW is down to 101kg from 105kg so that’s not so bad I guess.
