just messed about with some GMs and rack pulls after that holy show

Notes
brutal session, no energy andeverything was heavy ,
had planned a triple at 160 but had to change plan and did some singles.
not impressed today,.

on the up side , later today , Katie Taylor is gonna bring home our first Gold of London 2012

Judging by our medal count (Canada) we are good at Ice Hockey. Bring on the winter games!!

I don't mean to stir up any controversey, but isn't Ireland part of the UK or GB? GB already has tons of medals.

2.SS with Leg Curls: 5 sets of 6 @30
3.Leg Press: 5 sets of 10 @120


back to basics for me now.
will run 3/5/1 for a while, i like this set up , i dont have to think much just do what it says



the deadlift day will be adjusted shortly for a set up BtB provided to me on the run in to the meet in november
