Nice training pops

You haven't regressed much at all in the last month. I would have expected you to have went back a little more but it shows what a bit of desire will do for you.

I hope Uncle DOMS is kind to you today Mark!!

Looking forward to seeing some great training in here. I think LtL had some of his best training after mini LtL was born, despite the sleeplessness factor.

thankfully i dont seem to have regressed too much , was expecting a lot worse i guess

Ok so going to revive my old training log as I want to keep most of my training history in the one place..

Just spent May , June and July in here , whilst on Smolov
Added 30kgs to my 1RM for squat so cant complain about that,

New 1RM totals
Squat 195kg/429lbs
Bench 132.5kg/291.5lbs
Deadlift 202.5kg/445.5lbs

Total 530kgs / 1,166lbs


My new short term focus is the National Push Pull Championshis that will be happening at the start of November
So will be concentrating on DL and bench for this , will be trying to also keep the 1RM for squat at as close to 195kg as possible.

The longer term focus is to get my total up to 600kgs

Make it happen. I'll be curious to see if this hasn't also pushed your deadlift up some.
