Swimming? Jeeze, I'm toast after a lap! Usually swallowed half the pool by them too.

I love the simplicity of this routine Mark. Here's to improved 1rm's in week 10! Have a Guiness on me. I'm good for it.

don't go shaving all your body hair because you won't be allowed to strength train anymore.

I'd have to agree with Tank. Awesome shirt! lol

Squatting looks good, fast, and pretty easy! Get those knees out to the side just a tad more and it'll be perfect.

Deads look good too. Seems to be some lower back rounding though...just make sure your getting big air in the stomach and put some more effort in getting that chest up ("show off your boobs").

Squats and deads are looking good. Some of the deadlift reps your hips shoot up first, I think, struggling with the angle. You could probably set up a little closer to the bar as your hips start pretty low and make sure to get tight before you start the pull.

Shirt win. Overall the squat form is looking pretty good.

Deadlifts...it appears at times you may be starting with your hips a hair off, and this might be triggering some of the hip movement as you pull. It's hard to tell from the video, so take this with a grain of salt.

It might also be caused by your body type - short arms compared to your torso and legs. Hard to tell from the video as well.

How wide is your grip, and are you able to bring it in an inch on both sides? If so, this could help you get a hair more leverage.

Again, don't take any of this as gospel. Merely trying to see if we can tweak a few things.
