Squats 65 x 5 80 x 5 95 x 5 110 x 5 125 x 5 Bench 65 x 5 70 x 5 80 x 5 95 x 5 105 x 5 Pendlay Row 60 x 5 65 x 5 70 x 5 80 x 5 90 x 5 Assistance Weighed Crunches: 4 sets of 12 at 65kgs Side Bends : 4 sets of 15 at 20kg plate Notes this week had a bank holiday on monday so will just do tuesday and thursday this week, then back to regular viewing next week for week 4

Gonna try and get some additional conditioning work in on the non lifting days.
I've let this slip for a while. Today was a 30 min swim I'm not a good swimmer but I like it

Swimming is such an underrated activity. Whenever we take the kids to the water park I am toast after an hour in the pool.
