this week had a bank holiday on monday so will just do tuesday and thursday this week, then back to regular viewing next week for week 4

Gonna try and get some additional conditioning work in on the non lifting days.
I've let this slip for a while.

Today was a 30 min swim

I'm not a good swimmer but I like it

Swimming is such an underrated activity. Whenever we take the kids to the water park I am toast after an hour in the pool.
