yeah im interested too. over th enext few months im gonna watch closely and see if it pushes up my 1RM , if by the end of summer it hasnt then ill switch it up

Notes
yeah grand , no issues.

decided i am gonna do things like weighted dips/pull ups etc to a specific number.
each week ill up the number or aim to reduce the sets needed to get there. all will be weighted.
