Military PRess 531 [Goal] Actual [60x5] 60x5 [70x5] 70x5 [80x5+] 80x8 Assistance 1.BTNP: 5 sets of 8 (50kgs) 2.Barbell Shrugs : 5 sets of 5 (140kg) 3.CGBP : 5 sets of 5 (100kg) 4.WGPU + 20kg : 5 sets of 5 Notes last session of ad hoc lifting done. back to normal from this week on. think ill do 3/5/1 rather than 5/3/1 for a few cycles to see if i can note any improvements. starting with deadlift tonight
