Military Press MPress 531 [Goal] Actual [60x5] 60x5 [70x3] 70x3 [80x1+] 80x3 same as last time. harder this week however Assistance 1.BTNP: 5 sets of 8 (540kgs) 2.BB Shurgs: 5 sets of 8 (140kgs) 3.BB Shurgs: 4 sets of 10 (100kgs) 4.Weighted dips : 5 sets of 10 (+15kg) 4.ABz! (a) Plank : 4 sets of 60sec on 30 sec off (b) Side bends with 20kg plate : 3 sets of 20 (c) Hanging Straight Leg Raise : 4 sets of 15 (60kgs) Notes have a nice weekend buddies! next week is a rest week. |
