Deadlift Deadlift 531 [Goal] Actual [110x5] 110x5 [120x3] 120x3 [140x1+] 140x2 stop at 2 and onto singles 170x1 170x1 180x1 PR 180 felt good , on course for next week. considering this was without chalk i hope i can get a few more kg in there on meet day. Assistance 1.DL's :5 sets of 10 (60kg) Notes had enough and was pleased with the 180kg DL so called it a day after the first bit of assistance work.
