Bench Press Bench Press 531 [Goal] Actual [100x5] 100x5 [110x3] 110x3 [120x1+] 120x2 stopped at 2 on the top set and went for the usual singles 135x1 135x1 135x1 Assistance 1.Bench Press: 5 sets of 8 (100kg) 2.WGPU : 5 sets of 5 Notes very short on time last night so got the essentials done.. in sayingthat spent about 10 mins talking to a fella and telling him about his site ... ill be keeping a eye out on the new members now to see if i can spot him
