Bench Press Bench Press 531 [Goal] Actual [100x3] 100x3 [110x3] 110x3 [120x3+] 120x4 no energy today - these were tough... Assistance 1.Bench Press: 5 sets of 10 (80kg) 2.Pendlay Row: 5 sets of 10 (50kg) 3.GCBP : 5 sets of 10 (60kg) ABz 4.Hanging straight Leg Raise: 4 Sets of 15 5.Planks: 4 sets 60sec on 30 sec rest Notes as said no energy today so had to grind this one out. have been looking at pendlay rows for the last week so said i would throw them in , started very light to get the form down first. |
