Deadlift 180kg x 3 – 5sets Pendlay Row 70kg x 8 – 5sets Pull Ups BW x 8 BW x 7 BW x 5 BW x 5 BW x 5 Side Bends No abs again today… Ah well ! Notes Deadlifts were well tough today +5kgs from last week , so might consider 2.5kg jumps from now on. No complaints about noise either! WIN! |

Solid advice , usually I get it in but workouts are taking too long and only have limited time….

thinking strongly about the following purchases...
-versa gripps , for obvious reasons.. -titan super ram , bands and chains are a no go in the gym i train at so this seems like a good alternative... just gotta save up my pocket money now and get them
