Hey man, strong lifting in here. I read back a few pages and I seem to be picking up hints of an injury, or some sort of event or incident?

Good looking bench from the few posts I've seen so far!

Thanks for looking in mate , back in December I hurt my knee so just trying to recover from that now.

At a bit of a stalemate now Ravi , this week hasn’t seen much improvement so far , but that said I am slightly increasing the workload on it so at least its not going backwards either,

Tremendous looking lifting for someone with a hurt knee. With the benching and deadlifting I see so far, you'll definitely be hitting 600kg soon, man.

Did all squats as paused. Which was grand.
Push press coming along - happy with the top set as the first rep is a hang clean and press .
Lower back fried again today – will have to have a rethink about the lower back work today after deads on a Tuesday
