Push Press 60kg x 5 70kg x 5 80kg x 3 90kg x 2 100kg x 1 105kg x 1 PR 110kg x 0 100kg x 2 100kg x 2 100kg x 3 Pull Ups BW x 5 - 6 sets Deadlift 60kg x 5 100kg x 3 140kg x 1 Deadlift December Current PR - 205kg 70% - 143.5kg so that means 145kgs 145kg x 3 - 10sets =30 145kg x 2 - 23sets =46 Total = 76 Notes really happy with the Pressing today, dont usually go for singles on OHP but wanted to test the shoulder. never pressed 2big wheels before so happy days on that. almost got the 110kg out big didnt wanna get injured (again) so left it be. last workout before christmas.... so happy holidays boys and girls!! |

I am just stunned that you were able to massacre that deadlift challenge like nobody's business after setting a huge
