Man, you are getting it done. Awesome stuff.
Take it easy on that shoulder. No need to hurry it. Is it cold where you lift? I've noticed the colder weather here in my garage is causing me some weird knee aches. I'm hoping Santa brings me some sleeeves for Chritmas! Just a thought as I can't remeber if you use them or not. Rock on.

Thanks all, Update on shoulder is that it is feeling pretty good. Bad news is that pain in knee from Friday is gonna keep me out for a while. Think (hope) is just a grade I MCL tear from poor form on the last 2 sets on Friday. I can bend the knee and walk about but its feeling very unstable and weak. Will give it till the weekend and see if there is much improvement. If not ill get it looked at. Most likely this puts me out of the meet in January which I am disappointed about. Gonna just leave the gym completely for this week and give all the other little niggle injuries time to heal up. |
