Little tender today which tells me I probably shouldn’t have done pulls yesterday,
Loads of deep heat on it today to try and get it to heal up quick.
Amazing fact #1 for today – last time I was squatting 3 times a week I also got a broken right shoulder….i need to look into that pattern!

Not great but it’s the most ive done at that weight so I cant complain,
Going forward will have my numbers in lbs for the top set also

Straight bar squats kill my shoulders. Look into a bow bar, buffalo bar or cambered bar. You'll thank me

Tough squats are the best ones! Super volume and effort on those Alan!

Hope you are able to bench soon.

Big squatting Alan . How long did the 7 sets take as a matter of interest?
What you outlined for your training is brutal but you have the ability to grind it out. Those squats make me realise I need to stop being a big girl

Excluding the warm up , about 30 mins…. Which aint too bad I guess.
Am not able to do the full plan as this girly shoulder is still nagging me, more reason to up the ante on the squats faster so!
