Indeed - some mighty fine reppage on the squts Alan. How do you count so high? I start losing count at 6 - lucky to get to 8.

I also had to force in some extra abwork yesterday. Felt like hurling after-wards. It would be nice tho to get them to pop thru a layer of blubber on me tho.
