Deadlift
170kg x 3 – 6sets

Pendlay Row
60kg x 8 – 4sets

Weighted Pull Ups
+10kg x 5 – 4sets

Notes
Started light on the rows as I don’t usually do anything more than 5 on them,
Default PR on the deadlift for reps , considering every week will be a default PR for reps im not even arsed tracking it.
Just as long as I get my 1RM up im happy
