Gee whiz - this meet sure crept up fast!! I wish you all the best Alan - lift strong as you know you can and have some fun while your at it.
I met this 67 y/o man Vince at the Vegas meet who was competing in his 118th meet since he was 48. He set a world record at 341 lbs on bench!! I drew alot of inspiration from him, especially since he helped me out to get me ready for my 2nd squat after I missed my opener. Nothing but good things happen during and after meets. I can see why Vince was on his 118th!! Hit the meet hard Alan!!
