OK day, struggling to find a decent belt position without so much belly/bloat.

Noticed a slight tear in one of the bands so took them off, won't bother with those again but need to find a decent secondary squat movement. I'd say the Pullum Sports bands are far superior to the Strengthshop bands in the UK.

Thanks Mike, things are going pretty well, hard to tell just yet. Lever belts and fluctuating weight are a bad combination. I can confidently say my belly is enormous right now ha.

35mins of the cheat windows left, trying to finish my litre of choc milk and strawberry ice cream, 3rd time lucky but I think I'll be comatose for a while.

Good session, benching felt great.

The belt problems yesterday have left me with a strained lower rib, again. It only really showed up on the military presses today but I'd already started the timer so I wasn't going to stop. Pretty uncomfortable, bit of rest and it'll be fine.
