Ye, gym only goes up to 40kg and they were taken so its row cardio for me.

Noticed a slight tear in one of the bands so took them off, won't bother with those again but need to find a decent secondary squat movement. I'd say the Pullum Sports bands are far superior to the Strengthshop bands in the UK.

As a man with a bit of a belly myself, I put that belt right around my belly button. And if you think you have a belly, than I got the container your belly was shipped in.
