03/09/12 - Squat & Dead
Squat w/Belt 180kg x 1 @9.5 180kg x 1 @9.5 180kg x 1 @9.5 180kg x 1 @9.5 RDL 150kg x 2 @9 152.5kg x 2 @9 155kg x 2 @9 155kg x 2 @9 Ab Wheel BW Knees x 15,15,15,15 OK day, timing on the squats wasn't the best. 04/09/12 - Bench I Paused-ish Bench 125kg x 1 @9.5 +5kg PB 125kg x 1 @9.5 125kg x 1 @9.5 125kg x 1 @9.5 Military 72.5kg x 2 @9 PB 80kg x 1 @9.5 PB 72.5kg x 2 @9 72.5kg x 2 @9.5 Bench form was sketchy, bar path was really inconsistent which threw me off a few times and I'm still struggling with leg drive. Also felt like I was loosening up at the bottom which is likely due to poor leg drive. Held up a lot better with singles than I have in the past though. Just fancied throwing a single in on military, really enjoying that lift recently. My right shoulder finally feels 100% with bench, my left shoulder however has decided to be a little bitch and adopt the exact same problems, nothing major though.
