Squat 55kg x 5 67.5kg x 5 80kg x 3 95kg x 3 107.5kg x 3 120kg x 3 127.5kg x 1 135kg x 1 PB Bench 40kg x 5 60kg x 3 70kg x 3 80kg x 3 90kg x 3 97.5kg x 1 Dumbbell Rows 30kg x 12,12,12,12 Happy with squats, shoulder didn't want to bench after that though so no higher singles. Not bad on minimal sleep, restful weekend ahead

04/12/11 - Push Press 3x5
Push Press 25kg x 5 32.5kg x 5 37.5kg x 3 42.5kg x 5 47.5kg x 5 55kg x 6 Pull-Up (Push Press Superset) 6,6,5,5,5 Pendlay Row 57.5kg x 10,10,10,10,10 Dips 10,10,10 Barbell Curl/Rear Laterals 25kg/6kg's x 12/15, 12/15, 10/15 Decided to get Push Press day out of the way on Sunday morning so I didn't sit around on my ass all day again. Was a good session, nothing too heavy but still felt strong. Limiting pull-up sets to 5 now and really concentrating on keeping scaps down towards the top, they killed me today! Deadlifts tomorrow

05/12/11 - Deadlift 3x5
Deadlift (All overhand, no belt) 60kg x 5 70kg x 5 85kg x 3 92.5kg x 5 105kg x 5 120kg x 5 Goodmornings 45kg x 12,10,10,10,12 Side Bends 28kg x 15,12,12 Deadholds (Supinated grip) 60kg x 60 secs,45 secs Did not want to get to the gym today, felt gradually better through the session but hadn't planned to push too hard anyway. Nice lightish week. Feels like someone took a meat tenderiser to my lats overnight but in the best possible way. I have neglected ab/core work over this last week but I will catch up tomorrow with the rollouts, I'll give them a go from standing if I have the energy, can't be as bad as my last attempt.
