180 squat was way better than your one other day. 185 was better than both. Work on that upper back tightness and keep your chest up (although hard to see from that angle).

105 technique was spot on. Look how your triceps never drop lower than your back on the bench, that is perfect. You flatten out at the bottom on the next two but you still muscled them up. Arching hard is not easy after heavy squats.

190 was butter. Second 215 looked pretty good. Lose the shorts in favour of a singlet, little bit of talc on the quads and you have that clean.

Overall - Looking very strong.

Thanks LtL . I was surprised at 185, thought I might have cut depth or something but just set up a lot better. Decided to stick with some paused squats as they really test my ability to stay tight.

Bench is up and down constantly, things go out the window when there's weight on the bar. Will keep working on it though.

Ye I need to get hold of a singlet.

Thanks again LtL, always appreciate your feedback.

Me too , it was brutal! I have red spots all across my shoulders which I would assume are burst blood vessels, that's a first .

That's proper lifting there mate. I know that deadlift lockout fight all too well. Keep on charging, you're doing great

Nice! Battle scars. Never had that one happen.

That is winning. Mind over body. Force of will.

Thanks Kuyt, finally making progress on the years goals, minus bench.

Haha, I'm happy to hear that, just that monster bench and deadlift to chase down, I wouldn't be too worried about the total just yet.

Ye, I was confused at first. Happy with my ability to grind reps out after this week.

23/06/12 - Extra Session

Seated DB Press
12kg's x 15
22kg's x 10
26kg's x 6 x 3

Band Assisted Chins (Between Presses)
Blue x 9,9,8,8

Lat Raise/DB Curls
12kg's x 11/12, 11/11, 11/10

Rear Laterals
6kg's x 25,20,18

Upper Mobility Work

Felt fine today, a little drained but no real aches, thought lower back would be feeling a little beat but nothing so far. Right shoulder is a little rough but whats new.
