An inch from the smooth, puts arms vertical at lockout. Still feels awkward. I was thinking of trying a grip between that and my comp grip.

Not so bad. 180 squat, bar rolled up on right side and made for an ugly rep, knew the bar position was off but I also knew if I re-racked and walked it out again I'd get crushed.

Bench felt fine through warm-ups but lost it after the first attempt and pauses were crap.

Lost balance on 3rd deadlift and form was already out the window but decided to carry on pulling anyway, it'll do.

+30kg on last total, not all lifts were to competition standards but I'll take it.

For anyone that follows anything of the RTS from Tuchscherer, this is me just experimenting with a sport form week as they call it over there. Mock meet at the start of the week, light day Wednesday working up to some light triples with bench and squat, mock meet on Friday. I have no competition coming up though so I'll decide later in the week whether I'll bother with the second mock meet. There's other ways of implementing them, like I say, just experimenting.
