25/11/11 - Squat 5/3/1 + Singles
Squats 50kg x 5 65kg x 5 80kg x 3 97.5kg x 5 110kg x 3 122.5kg x 1 132.5kg x 1,1 PB 72.5kg x 10,10,10,10,10 Hanging Leg Raises 12,12,10,10,10 Not a bad session, got footage of squats, they look a lot smoother than they felt, I just need to get used to heavier weights on my back. Will upload later when I have more time.

nice going turner, will check out the vids when i get home....
for getting used to the heavier weight on your back why dont you try walk outs? i.e put on 150 walk out into your start position and then rack it , do it a few times , it helps u to get used to having that weight on your back and builds confidence . |

Here are the video's, 122.5kg first then 132.5kg and my 3rd assistance set last. Stance was slightly closer today and felt a lot better just my upper half to sort out now. I'm considering reverting back to high bar, but I don't want to give up too easy just yet, I'll ride it out a little while longer and see if the shoulders and back get used to it.

, squats feel like they're lagging but slowly getting there.Also, I just cannot get enough of food today, at the same time I don't want to leave my flat to get any more
