Thanks everyone, not been around too much, moved home over the weekend and looking for some work right now. Given up on morning training, hasn't felt good recently so experimenting with training times.
@BtB - Ye, the close grips only cause problems at the bottom, cut some boards yesterday so will probably go off a 1 or 2 banded to my chest, whichever feels best. 11/06/12 - Squat & Dead Squat 60kg x 5, 80kg x 3, 100kg x 3, 120kg x 2 @8, 130kg x 2 @8 140kg x 3 @8.5 145kg x 3 @9 Called it, just couldn't get into the groove of things. Knees wanted to collapse in and left knee & calf were feeling off. 14" Deadlift 60kg x 5, 100kg x 3, 120kg x 1, 140kg x 1 160kg x 3 @8 170kg x 3 @8.5 180kg x 3 @8.5 190kg x 3 @8.5 200kg x 3 @9 (Actually 191.5kg!) Decided to push the pulls as the squats sucked and no real work was done. Not too bad, default PB I suppose. Weighed all my plates out and the apparent 200kg only comes to 191.5kg, this really pisses me off. Ordered a load of adhesive wheel weights to even the plates out otherwise it will drive me mad. Think I'll be benching tomorrow, will do my split over Mon,Tue,Thu,Fri and catch up with any prehab and auxiliary stuff on Sat or Sun. Think I cut the video just before the expletives.

Deadlifts look ed strong. Consistent pulling power throughout the reps. Deadlift music is a win too. I need Slayer for PRs.

12/06/12 Bench I
Bench Paused 40kg x 5, 60kg x 3, 80kg x 2, 90kg x 1 @7.5, 97.5kg x @8, 102.5kg x 1 @8.5 107.5kg x 1 @9 110kg x 1 x 3 @9/9.5/9.5 TnG 97.5kg x 3 x 4 @8.5/8.5/9/9 Shrugs 60kg x 12 100kg x 15 x 4 100kg x 20 60kg x 50 Best session in a while. All working weights are accurate, what looks like 100kg on the bar is actually 97.5kg. No more oly shoes for bench, the chunky inflexible sole hinders more than helps, felt a lot better today. Lot easier to setup at home without the low gym benches and I was pleasantly surprised at my ability to arch, or how big my belly is getting, take your pick. 5kg off my paused PB, 3 fairly easy singles. Need to increase conditioning though, took an hour to get through all the benching, not used to so many heavy work sets, takes an age to recover. Moving on to doubles for a few weeks, 100kg+ is unexplored territory for anything but singles so PB's incoming. Then back to singles to smash that PB multiple times. Left calf is still acting up, no idea whats wrong.

Thought I'd make some boards yesterday, they work well with just a mini-band around the chest. Will use a 1 or 2 tomorrow with close grips to avoid any shoulder problems.
