Not a bad session today, I have videos to upload for the log and critique thread of the top bench sets and singles but no time right now, maybe this afternoon or tomorrow night. I'm surprised I got the 105kg, although I knew I could, I asked a guy to just stand behind the bench, just in case. He was dangling his balls in my face whilst I was trying to set up and then as I was unracking he decided to lift out and set the bar wonky, you can see I almost lose the bar sideways in the vid. Still, I know not to bother him next time and it still got pressed.

On the plus side, as I set 2 PB's this week so far, my girlfriend said she would give me a proper massage tonight, oil and everything !

its great it break that 100Kg PB ,

im a little confused though - you said you were surprised you got the 105kg , but then you say if you set 2 PB your GF would give you a massage!

thats all the motivation you need right there!!

Bench videos from Wednesday morning. I am thinking about switching to feet flat on the floor rather than on the balls of my feet as the federations I would most likely join require it. Sure that will take some getting used to.
