13/05/12 - Who said no squats?
Squat 60kg x 5, 80kg x 5, 100kg x 3, 120kg x 2, 135kg x 1 150kg x 3 +5kg PB 140kg x 5 60kg x 10 Single Leg Curl 30 x 15 x 3 All squats ATG, they're feeling pretty good again. Roll & stretch then eat! Oh and work .

15/05/12 - Bench
Bench 40kg x 5, 60kg x 4, 80kg x 3, 90kg x 1 100kg x 1 105kg x 1 110kg x 1 grind ![]() +RSling 115kg x 1 120kg x 1 125kg x 1 Shrugs 115kg x 10 x 4 115kg x 15 Rear Laterals/DB Curls 8kg's/12kg's x 12/10 x 3 Roll/Stretch Bench was tough today but got better as it went along, watching the video's back it's because my setup was gradually better. 125 was the best rep of the day, lots of notes taken about the setup, need to recreate that every time. Struggling to sleep at the minute and avoiding the internet as much as possible for the next 2 weeks so I'll probably just be logging and signing out ; I will be back.
