17/04/12 - Bench 7x5
Bench 40kg x 5, 60kg x 3, 75kg x 2 85kg x 5 x 7 DB Rows (Straps, grip dead) 44kg x 10 x 5 Facepulls 13.75 x 20 x 3 7am gym was like a kick to the balls today. Right shoulder doesn't feel good, right bicep and elbow taking a beating and really just looking forward to a rest from benching.

Cheers LtL, the volume is killing me right now.
Mobility Foam Roll - IT, Adductors, Hip Flexors & Quads, Thoracic Extensions, Lats. Ball Roll - Upper Back, Traps, Shoulders, Pecs. Stretch - Hip Flexors, Towel Tricep & Shoulder, Doorway Pec, Arm Across Shoulder. Need to keep up with this stuff. Time to eat.

1.5 weeks of the bench volume left, I can get through that, maybe cut assistance down next week to the bare minimum. Before I get into any program after that I will be fully deloading, it's been a while.

Cheers markievicz. Slowly but surely grinding away
.93kg weigh in today which is the lowest its been in weeks. Still following carb back loading principles and plan to stick around 92-3kg. Counted calories yesterday to see where I'm at as I eat pretty much the same thing everyday and adjust the evening carbs for how I'm feeling. This is a basic day, didn't add any carbs other than sweet pot and fruit so this is the bare minimum I get a day: ~3000 cals, c/p/f ~ 20/40/40, ~175g protein from meat and eggs and all fats from meat, eggs or peanut butter. I can run on little to no carbs quite easily and often I'll just add in some nice fatty chicken thighs or something rather than carbs and have a carb up every once in a while.
