10/04/12 - Bench 7x5
Bench 40kg x 9 60kg x 3 80kg x 5 x 7 DB Rows 43kg x 10 x 5 Reverse Curls 25kg x 10,9,10 Another fast, easy bench session. All rests were short and by the end of the rows I dropped the dumbbell and led on the floor. Lower back is still quite fatigued, will hopefully be recovered for deadlifts on Thursday.

Cheers LtL.
Running the volume for another 3 weeks, starting on what was the second week weights and finishing 5kg heavier in the last week. Pretty sure I won't be firing through the sets quite as much by then but my bench is on the move. Right shoulder is a little tight, knots all around upper back and lat, they just won't bloody budge. No real problems just irritating.

Really liking the program so far J, everything is looking strong and easy.
Also for your shoulder I found that the diesel crew shoulder rehab really helps. I don't do the full thing but I took some of the exerices and work with them a little in between sets. Shoulder still hurts most of the time but it seems to help a lot. |
