Thanks Kuyt, program is rolling along nicely. It seems no matter how big a t-shirt I wear, the belly still makes an appearance. I think we should all agree that it's a consequence of proper bench technique.

Thanks markievicz, seems to be a lot more consistent now.


Had some sore traps this morning but apart from that I'm ready to bench again, roll on tomorrow morn with some heavy ass rows, can't get enough of the upper back work right now.

85kg x 5 x 7

DB Rows
39kg x 10 x 5

Bench was a little slower today but it's to be expected with fatigue and it being 10kg heavier than 2 weeks ago. Still nowhere near failure but certainly draining. Rows pretty hard still going strong.

That's some great benching still. Fatigue is inevitable when you're benching 4 x week and not used to it. A big PR will be your reward.
