Dead lift PR's always make me happy! Good job JT, and 50 squats would have my quads jellified too!

Where's your curls brah?

04/01/12 - Bench 3x5

Bench
40kg x 5
50kg x 5
60kg x 3

65kg x 5
75kg x 5
85kg x 12 rep PB

Pull-ups (Bench Superset)
5,5,5,5

Dumbbell Rows
30kg x 10,10,10,10,10

Tri Pushdown/Facepulls
25/20, 20/20, 20/20

Great session today. First time benching with feet flat on the floor, oly shoes helped massively. Good PB for my main set and shoulder felt 100% but still avoided any pressing assistance for today. Feeling strong in 2012!

Thanks everyone. Also my first all out 5/3/1 bench above 10 reps and equal to my starting 1RM last January.
