Need to re-arrange my week some though and split the heavy upper and lower more evenly.

Last triple PB was 105kg with POR grip, not sure when that was. 24/02/13 - Events Log Clean & Mong Press 80 minutes of 5's, 3's, 2's, 1's with 50-85kg Last 2 lifts were; 95kg x 1 PB 100kg x F Farmers 60kg per arm x 40m x 2 90kg per arm x 40m x 2 Yoke Walk 210kg x 40m After a shit pressing day Saturday I knew today would be shit. 95 was easy, 100 pissed me off. Farmers are brutal, there is absolutely nothing fun about them. Destroyed my hips, quads and mid back and obv my calluses. Yoke I had nothing left for, my thighs were screaming just lifting it. Watching 400kg yoke runs, 300kg total farmers and 180kg+ log clean and press made me feel weak and small ha. 25/02/13 - Squat & Bench Squat w/Belt 170kg x 2 @8.5 140kg x 2 @7 Incline 80kg x 4 @~7 90kg x 4 @8 95kg x 4 @9.5 Thought I'd go in and see what happened today. Not a lot was the answer, felt ok warming up but first set was way off so called it. /end boring essay.
