Didn't intend to go that heavy sumo but I'll take a PB. Sumos felt heavy and slow so filmed the back off and it looks far easier than it felt. I'm happy with the form though so going to stick around @8.5-9 so I can get used to that grinding start.

Events last weekend has given me a lot of confidence back overhead, feeling strong. Once again the push presses were more efficient as I progressed and felt easier.

For the first time in years my immune system seems to have let me down. Feel like death but I did not load up on carbs all weekend to skip heavy squat day!

The squats were all easy but something about them doesn't look right to me. Knees are coming forward and in, something that only happens with oly shoes. I think after the next few weeks where I intend to keep dropping reps and setting PB's a little longer I'm going to return to wrestling shoes for the next cycle.

Bed can't come fast enough.

Solid work JT. Watch your elbows. They look like they are flying. Try to tighten then down and lock them. It may help unround your upper back, and squats might feel better.

Agree with Steve: get that upper back locked (I have the same issue sometimes) and push knees out.
