Hardly any of my t-shirts fit anymore, they're all like crop tops. 1.5kg of ribs in the slow cooker with a maple syrup glaze, 1.5hrs and counting .

That's the one, not quite a DB row but at least I don't have to hit 20+ reps to get work in. Not hit top end rows in a while but I think they're making a huge difference over high reps just from the last month. With my two upper back days I'm alternating heavy horizontal pulls/rep vertical pulls and vice versa.
09/01/13 - Dead/Press Sumo Pulls 145kg x 6 @7 165kg x 6 @8 180kg x 6 @8.5 PB Military 45kg x 7 @7 55kg x 7 @8 55kg x 7 @8 55kg x 7 @8.5 Tri Rope Pushdown 30 x 20 40 x 16,15 30 x 16 Facepulls 30 x 40 Another solid sumo day. Will be pushing that to 200+ x 5+ in the next few months. Making solid deadlift progress and oddly enjoying reps.
