Thats LtL, strayed a little from the plan this last week, training in garage and with a like-minded partner has a way of making you push a little. Ha, I've tried but every time I kick it, it rolls back fine. For sure. 31/12/12 - Squat & Bench Fronts 120kg x 1 132.5kg x 1 132.5kg x 1 90kg x 6 Incline 70kg x 6 80kg x 6 75kg x 6 Curls/Ext. Rot. 30kg/mini x 15/20, 12/20, 12/15 DB Curl 12kg x 12l, 12r Wanted to PB today, hit 130 front last week and knew I could beat that. First 132.5 felt off so took a second which was better but a sign that there was no need to go for more today, PB I suppose. Will be avoiding singles from now, my form changes completely with the heavier weight. Went in feeling fresh but it didn't show. For the second year in a row I'm going into the new year recovering from injury. I have my long term goals to chip away at and a few goals for 2013, as long as I get and stay healthy, I'll be happy. New diary tomorrow and a fresh start.

Just keep making those minor adjustments, like avoiding front singles, and your injury frequency will rescind.

Thanks ED, I'll be leaving it behind at the end of this week sadly. Next time I'm home hopefully I'll have a longer handle to load up to 100kg or so. Thanks BtB, rows like that have put a lot of mass on my back this last year. Back felt great today. 02/01/12 - Dead & Press RDL 60kg x 8 +10kg to; 110kg x 8 @7.5 110kg x 8 @7.5 110kg x 8 @8 BTNPP 30kg x 6 +5kg to; 60kg x 6 @8 Rope Pushdowns Light x 30,25,22 Doubled mini x 46 Not bad. Didn't fancy any full deads so thought I'd get a little extra hamstring/upper back work in with RDL's. Presses felt great, first time putting a plate a side up in a while and no pain anywhere. 2pps overhead by years end whether front, back, push press or jerk if need be. Knees are a little clunky so thinking pause squats tomorrow, high or low bar and then some close grips.
